Not 100% satisfied with your recent YOGURT purchase? We are happy to accept returns and refund items that are in original condition, within 15 workdays of receiving your order.
 
If it is a problem with the quality of the items you received, you can contact us within 15 work days and we will assist you with the return and refund process. If it is confirmed that it is our problem, you can send them for free and get a full refund. For non-quality returns, however, you are responsible for the shipping cost.
 
If you would like to change your item to a different color, size, or style, please return your unwanted item and place a new order. If your refund is accepted, we will refund the price you paid for your item back to your original payment method. For non-quality returns like this, however, you are responsible for the shipping cost.
